Social Media Marketing Manager

BrandBrokers is a done-for-you social media and content agency built specifically for real estate professionals. We run managed social, scroll-stopping reels, and high-design carousels for a growing roster of agents and real-estate brands. We are hiring a Social Media Content Strategist to become the creative engine behind our client work and to help lead our production team to a higher standard every single week.

This is not a posting or scheduling role. This is a strategy and creative direction seat. You will be the person who decides what we make, makes sure it is excellent, and keeps every client account sharp, accurate, and on-brand. You will work closely alongside our founder and have real ownership over creative output across the book of business.

• What You Will Own
• Weekly content strategy and concepting for all clients, turning market trends, listings, and brand goals into a clear content plan our team can execute
• Creative direction for our reels editors and carousel designers, briefing them clearly and reviewing their work so everything ships at a high standard
• Final quality review on all content: writing and refining client captions, checking accuracy, and making sure nothing goes out that is not 100 percent correct
• Maintaining and updating client documents and brand profiles so every account has a clear, current creative direction
• Driving smarter, faster content production by actively using AI tools and bringing us new ways to use them to scale output and quality
• You Are a Strong Fit If You
• Have real, hands-on experience managing social media at a high level, ideally for multiple brands or clients at once
• Live and breathe social trends, know what is working right now, and can adapt fast when the platform shifts
• Can think strategically and creatively, not just execute; you can look at a brand and know what it should be posting
• Write clean, compelling, on-brand captions and have a sharp eye for detail and accuracy
• Can lead and direct a creative team with clear feedback that raises the quality of the work
• Are highly organized and thrive in a structured, fast-paced weekly workflow
• Are highly proficient in Canva
• AI Fluency Is Essential
• This is a core requirement, not a nice-to-have.
• We are looking for someone who does not just tolerate AI but actively pursues it. You should already be using AI tools in your daily workflow and be excited to help us find better, smarter ways to use them to grow the business and streamline how we produce content.

Real Estate Experience Is Highly

Preferred

A background, knowledge, or genuine interest in real estate is not strictly required, but it is highly, highly preferred. If you understand how agents think and what sells in this space, you will move faster and create stronger work from day one.

• Full-time, in-person at our new office in Old Town Scottsdale (hybrid possible for the right candidate, but in-person is strongly preferred)
