Director of Human Resources

Kalesta oversees 30 senior living facilities in California / Oregon / Washington. We serve almost 3000 patients alongside about 5000 employees.

The number one job of the Director of Human Resources is to help create these environments. The Director of Human Resources will oversee all company HR functions including, talent management, talent acquisition, payroll, benefits, workers comp, personnel investigations, employee engagement and other risk management functions.

The Director of Human Resources will serve as part of the Corporate Director Leadership Team. Their voice will be vital to the future direction of the company. Their opinion and ideas will be used as direction for Executive Leadership.

The Director of Human Resources will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer.
