Recruiter

We’re seeking a results‑driven Recruiter for our Columbus operation.

About the Role

This role provides support to branch managers and onsite teams, ensures operational excellence, and builds strong client relationships while maintaining compliance with safety, unemployment, and workers’ compensation requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure order fulfillment by partnering with local recruiting sources and community organizations
• Oversee payroll accuracy, timekeeping, and weekly approvals
• Monitor branch expenses and manage within budget guidelines
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular site visits and communication
• Partner with sales leadership to support new business acquisition
• Ensure branch compliance with PROMAN’s Health & Safety Program and drive injury reduction initiatives
• Lead weekly branch meetings and communicate goals, expectations, and results
• Work with unemployment coordinators and participate in hearings as necessary
• Maintain a professional, organized, and customer‑focused branch environment

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required;
• AA or BA in Business Administration or related field preferred
• Experience with timekeeping systems, payroll processes, and business reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to travel locally to client sites as needed
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, not required

Work Environment

• Primarily office‑based with time spent at the applicant window and client sites
• Occasional lifting, standing, bending, and walking through client facilities
