UCP of Central Arizona is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. What You’ll Do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment from job posting through onboarding.
• Source, screen, interview, and engage qualified candidates across multiple departments.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and fill positions efficiently.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, offers, background screenings, and pre-employment activities.
• Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), recruitment reporting, and hiring workflows.
• Build relationships with colleges, workforce partners, and community organizations to strengthen talent pipelines.
• Represent UCP at career fairs, networking events, and community outreach opportunities.
• Continuously improve recruiting processes and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

What You’ll Bring

• Two or more years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms such as Indeed.
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus but not required
• Healthcare, nonprofit, HRIS, or Paycom experience is a plus.
• SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar HR certification is welcomed but not required.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
