Job Title: Plant Manager
Location: Denver, CO (On-site)
Reporting To: Regional Senior Operations Manager
We are seeking a high-performing, entrepreneurial Plant Manager to lead our manufacturing and warehouse operations in Denver. This critical leadership role oversees all personnel, equipment, and daily operations, driving a culture centered on safety, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between production and logistics, managing both a direct manufacturing facility and a third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse team.
Operations & Production Management
Directly lead and manage the Denver manufacturing facility and 3PL warehouse team.
Oversee all aspects of production including scheduling, quality control, and inventory management. Manage the receipt, sorting, and planning of all incoming sales and orders to maintain efficient workflow. Ensure operational continuity by collaborating with logistics, customer service, SI&OP, IT, and other shared services.
Troubleshoot plant and product issues while serving as the primary point of contact for the site.
Safety, Health, and Environment (EHS)
Oversee all EHS programs to ensure strict adherence to federal, state, and local regulations.
Drive a culture of environmental stewardship and proactive safety management. Maintain a zero-incident mindset and drive continuous improvement in site safety metrics.
Financial & Strategic Leadership
Execute duties in cost control, budget management, savings initiatives, and site performance reporting.
Drive the planning and execution of capital projects in collaboration with the engineering team. Maintain and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to regional leadership. Manage capital identification, business case development, and post-investment performance tracking.
Team Development
Manage a small, dedicated team, including day-to-day duties, training, and performance reviews.
Demonstrate proven leadership practices to empower plant operators and support staff.
