What You'll Do

• Lead all Supply Chain Services operations.
• Develop and strengthen vendor partnerships while negotiating favorable contracts.
• Identify and implement meaningful cost-saving initiatives.
• Improve purchasing processes and operational workflows.
• Partner closely with hospital leadership to support organizational goals.
• Drive efficiencies while maintaining exceptional quality and service.
• Lead change initiatives across multiple departments.

What They're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Leadership experience required.
• Acute care hospital experience is required.
• Strong contract negotiation and vendor management experience.
• Demonstrated success reducing costs while improving operational performance.
• Financially savvy with excellent business acumen.
• Collaborative, approachable leader who enjoys solving problems and building relationships.
• Comfortable leading change and improving existing processes.
