Do you want to build your career within a highly successful and supportive environment? We are looking for Managers, with prior consulting experience relating to digital supply chain, end-to-end value chain, logistics or manufacturing excellence to join our team in Auckland.

As a Manager in our Supply Chain & Operations team you can expect to lead projects. This role provides the opportunity to build relationships and networks across the across variety of sectors.

Ko Tō Rourou | Your key responsibilities This role is based in our Tāmaki Makaurau (Auckland) office and requires regular travel to client sites, where you'll play a key role in delivering transformational change outcomes.
Ngā Pūkenga | Skills and attributes for success Here’s our ‘wish list’: While we do require suitable supply chain and operations consulting experience, don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes. We’re interested in your strengths, what you want to learn, and how far you want to go:
Bring 5 to 10 years of recent operational or consulting experience.
Delivering business led, tech enabled business transformations (e.g. Supply Chain solutions and technology platforms such as, Analytics & Visualisations, Artificial Intelligence, Warehouse, Transport and Demand Management Systems, or Automation/Robotics, etc.)Strategic alignment and operating model reviews.
Business and process improvement projects including those that draw on Lean or Six Sigma methodologiesStrong commercial acumen, consulting foundations and hands-on cost analysis and business case preparation. AI literacy and curiosity, with confidence using AI tools responsibly and applying them to improve work, services and outcomes.
Ability to translate AI into practical business. Understanding of responsible AI considerations, including privacy, ethics, risk, trust, adoption and safe scaling.
Demonstrate leadership by mentoring and motivating diverse client teams, fostering an inclusive and innovative environment, while effectively communicating your insights to senior executive audiences.
Manage project delivery by driving high-quality work on time and within budget, monitoring progress and risks, maintaining strong client relationships, and proactively identifying additional business development opportunities.
