About the Opportunity

We, at TERN, are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Intern to join our team in the Dubai. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for students, fresh graduates, or individuals looking to gain hands-on administrative experience in a professional and fast-paced work environment. High-performing interns may be considered for a full-time role, subject to business requirements and management review.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team.
• Maintain and organize documents and records.
• Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate information.
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and follow-ups as required.
• Support general office operations and administrative tasks.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned activities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Who We're Looking For
• We're looking for someone who is:
• Organized and highly detail-oriented.
• Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of assigned tasks.
• Professional in communication and interpersonal interactions.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or willing to learn quickly.
• Able to manage priorities effectively and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Currently residing in the Dubai.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Prior internship or experience in administration, office support, customer service, or a similar function is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Available to commit approximately 10 hours per week.
• Able to join within a short notice period.
