Job Overview

Vouch Human Resource Consultancy is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer for one of our clients in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing quality assurance and quality control procedures, conducting inspections, and ensuring that all construction activities comply with project specifications, applicable standards, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QA/QC procedures and inspection plans.
• Conduct inspections and monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Review material submittals, method statements, and quality records.
• Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve quality-related issues.
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection reports, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
• Ensure materials and workmanship conform to project requirements and industry standards.
• Participate in internal and external quality audits.
• Monitor corrective and preventive actions and ensure timely closure.
• Maintain quality records and assist in preparing project quality reports.
• Promote quality awareness and continuous improvement throughout the project.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience as a QA/QC Engineer in construction, infrastructure, or MEP projects.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, inspection methods, and quality standards.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• UAE experience is an advantage.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
