Stock Associate

Foot Locker is seeking a dedicated Stock Associate to join our team and help us keep our shelves fully stocked with the latest and greatest footwear. As a Stock Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have access to the sneakers they love.

Maintain inventory levels: The Stock Associate will be responsible for ensuring that the store's shelves are fully stocked with the latest and greatest footwear. This includes regular restocking, organizing, and inventory management.

Receive and process shipments: The Stock Associate will be responsible for receiving and processing shipments of new merchandise. This includes unpacking, sorting, and labeling items, as well as ensuring that all items are accounted for and entered into the inventory system.

Ensure visual presentation: The Stock Associate will play a crucial role in ensuring that the store's visual presentation is appealing to customers. This includes organizing and arranging merchandise to create an aesthetically pleasing display.

Collaborate with the sales team: The Stock Associate will work closely with the sales team to ensure that all customer requests are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner. This may include locating specific items, retrieving sizes, and providing product information.

Maintain organization and cleanliness: The Stock Associate will be responsible for keeping the stockroom and sales floor clean, organized, and free of clutter. This includes regular sweeping, dusting, and restocking of items.

Monitor inventory levels: The Stock Associate will keep track of inventory levels and report any discrepancies or low stock to the management team. This will help ensure that the store is always fully stocked with popular and in-demand merchandise.

Follow safety protocols: The Stock Associate will adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including proper lifting techniques and safe use of equipment.

Provide excellent customer service: The Stock Associate will be expected to provide friendly and helpful customer service, including assisting customers with finding items, answering questions, and addressing any concerns they may have.

Multitask efficiently: The Stock Associate will need to be able to multitask efficiently, as they may be responsible for multiple tasks at once, such as restocking shelves while also assisting customers.
