Open to all candidates. 100% remote Targeted start date: 8/3/26 Must complete the Senior Project Manager AssessmentThis Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading and coordinating multiple workstreams within a fast-paced, short-term initiative.

The primary focus of this role is to bring structure, visibility, and alignment across all active efforts, ensuring that deliverables are tracked, risks are identified early, and stakeholders remain informed throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include synthesizing inputs from various teams and consolidating them into a cohesive, actionable project plan. The PM will establish and maintain a centralized view of progress, dependencies, milestones, and potential risks, enabling effective decision-making and timely execution.

They will proactively identify gaps, surface issues, and drive resolution by collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to translate complex, fragmented updates into clear, concise reporting. The Senior Project Manager will also be responsible for facilitating regular status meetings, maintaining documentation, and ensuring accountability across all contributors.

Qualifications

• Must have 5-7+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably in complex, cross-functional environments Strong organizational and communication skills The ability to present to executive leadership Ability to translate complex, fragmented updates into clear, concise reporting Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and bring them together into a unified plan Strong experience with project planning, risk management, and dependency tracking Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive alignment Demonstrated ability to identify issues proactively and lead resolution efforts Experience facilitating meetings, producing status reports, and maintaining project documentation Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project, or similar) Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, time-bound engagement
