Project Manager - Multi-Family Renovation - 2+ Years Experience Required

About the Position

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing current staff for your projects, scheduling your projects, keeping your project on time/on schedule, scheduling and interacting with various vendors/subcontractors, verifying quality of work, educating your techs on better/quicker way to perform work and communicating status of projects to clients while striving to better the margins on the projects that you are responsible for.

Qualifications

• Ability to team up with other staff to provide excellent client services and finished projects.
• Monitoring crews, customer relations, adherence to company policies and procedures regarding interior unit renovations and CapEx projects.
• Manage production schedules for both subcontractors and in-house crew.
• Follow applicable safety rules, regulations, guidelines, policies and site-specific safety plans when performing work.
• Proficient with working knowledge of Word and Excel as well as Outlook for professional communications.
• Exceptional time management skills.
• Renovation and multi-family background preferred.
• Complete projects on time and on budget while ensuring a superior level of customer satisfaction
• Perform physical labor associated with renovation work if needed
• Additional duties as assigned by the Chief Operations Officer

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License and clean DMV record
• Drug screen/National Background check

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
