In this exciting, newly established role, you will define our product vision, create actionable multi-year roadmaps, and bring groundbreaking ideas to fruition.
You'll uniquely combine strategic thinking with exceptional execution, ensuring that each product delivers tangible value. You will engage closely with key stakeholders, dive deep into venue operations, and collaborate cross-functionally with Strategy, Project Management, and Development teams to uncover user needs and create software solutions that truly make a difference.

We're seeking candidates based in the Baltimore area who can primarily work from our home office in Lutherville, MD. We're also happy to consider applicants within a reasonable commuting distance. (Lutherville is located outside of the city in Baltimore County).

Pay Type: $145,000.00 -$150,000.00 Salary

Several years of experience in product management or related roles, with a proven track record of successful product launches.A degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration) is often preferred, though relevant experience and skills can sometimes substitute for formal education.
Deep understanding of customer needs and user experience to ensure the product meets or exceeds user expectations.
Knowledge of software development processes (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and methodologies.
Familiarity with programming concepts and technologies relevant to the product.
Experience in defining and executing product strategies and roadmaps.
Ability to envision the long-term potential of the product and align it with business goals.
Proficiency in managing multiple projects, setting priorities, and meeting deadlines.
Ability to work with diverse teams, including development, design, marketing, and customers.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating clear product documentation, presentations, and reports.
Strong analytical skills to identify problems and develop effective solutions.
Skills in conducting market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
