Your OpportunityWe’re looking for a Product Manager to help shape and deliver the strategy for TPG Telecom’s customer platforms across our portfolio of leading brands. Reporting to the Senior Manager – Omnichannel Platforms, you’ll define and execute the product roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams to solve customer and business challenges.

With a strong focus on data, customer experience and continuous improvement, you’ll drive platform enhancements, prioritise initiatives and deliver seamless, omnichannel experiences that create real value for customers and the business.

• You'll Make Impact ByScope and shape platform initiatives, working with various stakeholders and delivery teams to define priorities and drive outcomes
• Break down complex problems and articulate the impacts to customers and business, and present clear solution options to support decision-making
• Use data, KPIs and business milestones to prioritise the backlog, measure initiative success and monitor long-term platform performance
• Partner with Service Designers, operational and support teams to stay on top of customer needs, root causes of incidents and defects, and feed these into strategic planning
• What You’ll Bring3+ years of analyst or product management experience in a fast-paced service industry or organisation
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and proven facilitation skills across large cross-functional teams
• Experience in balancing priorities in a complex environment, working with multiple stakeholders, tools, brands and user channels
• Strong data literacy, including using customer or platform data to make decisions, track KPIs and improve outcomes
