Product Owner for Payments and APIs

Focused on delivering scalable platform capabilities and seamless integrations, the full-time Product Owner for Payments and APIs will manage feature prioritization, gather user feedback, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer value and drive strategic partner success.

Key responsibilities

Drive value by prioritizing features, enhancements, and integrations that deliver the highest impact to customers and partners

Gather and synthesize customer feedback and market insights to inform product decisions and align with strategic goals

Collaborate with stakeholders to define the product roadmap and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business value

Required qualifications

1-4 years of product management or product owner experience

Experience with payment processing, APIs, and cloud-based products

Strong understanding of customer journeys and business processes related to payments and integrations

Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams

Experience in the health, dental, or benefits industry is an advantage
