IT Manager (Reputable MNC)

• Report directly to MDWorks closely with HQ in Europe
• Manages a team of 3 peopleabout the company
• We are looking for versatile and hands on IT to take comprehensive ownership of our computing systems, ensuring they run seamlessly within our timelines, specifications, and costs.

• Lead the end-to-end IT, network, and infrastructure setup for our new Vietnam office (managed remotely, with initial travel to Vietnam to kick off the project).

Oversee daily operations for server and network infrastructure to guarantee stability, security, and minimal downtime.

Drive vulnerability and threat management protocols, identify risks, and execute robust patch management.

Implement data backup strategies and disaster recovery plans.

Support and enhance existing legacy computing systems.

Act as the designated ISO Management Representative and Personal Data Security Officer for the company.

Handle budgeting and forecasting for the IT department.

Take on other business duties and projects as assigned.skills and experience requiredAt least 5 years of relevant, proven experience in a leadership role managing infrastructure and systems.

Deep expertise covering hardware, network configuration, network security, and enterprise applications, as well as hands-on experience testing and troubleshooting complex IT systems and executing disaster recovery.
