Senior Corporate Financial Analyst (Hybrid)

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Corporate Financial Analyst to join our client, a leading international manufacturing company. This individual will serve as a trusted business partner across a matrix organization, supporting strategic decision-making and organizational performance.

Position Overview

The Senior Corporate Financial Analyst will play a critical role in financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and strategic analysis. This individual will lead budgeting initiatives, manage expense reporting processes, analyze operational and financial performance, and collaborate cross-functionally to support corporate objectives and long-term growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes across multiple business units
• Produce thorough, accurate, and timely planning and expense management reporting for the organization
• Support the annual budgeting process, including analysis and review of financial information and its impact on the business
• Analyze financial results, identify trends and variances, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership
• Build, maintain, and enhance complex financial models and large-scale spreadsheets utilizing advanced Excel capabilities
• Collaborate across a matrix organization to ensure alignment with corporate strategy and business objectives
• Partner cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and leadership teams to support strategic initiatives and operational improvements
• Prepare and deliver clear, concise, and impactful presentations to senior leadership
• Support month-end and quarter-end close activities through detailed variance analysis and reporting
• Drive continuous process improvements and efficiencies within financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis functions
• Serve as a trusted advisor by providing data-driven insights that support informed business decisions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required
• MBA strongly preferred
• 8–10+ years of progressive financial analysis experience, preferably within manufacturing or a related industry
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling, including experience working with large datasets and complex reporting structures
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize large amounts of data into meaningful insights
• Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and expense management reporting
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships within a matrixed organization
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, results-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment

• Hybrid schedule (combination of in-office and remote work)

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
