Financial Analyst – Corporate FP&A

The Senior Financial Analyst is a key member of the Corporate Planning team within UPS’s Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) organization. This role drives strategic initiatives, delivers actionable insights, and streamlines business processes to more accurately forecast and report key metrics.
In this role, you will lead planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis of UPS’s consolidated balance sheet and cash flow statements, while contributing to long-range planning and enterprise-wide strategy projects.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with finance teams across UPS—including Accounting, Tax, Business Unit Finance, Treasury, and M&A—to ensure accurate forecasting and informed decision-making.
Other Criteria
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $70,000/year to $90,000/year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience.
Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
