We are partnering with a highly successful private investment organization in Denver that is looking to add a Senior FP&A Analyst to its growing finance team. What You'll Be Doing As Senior FP&A Analyst

• Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Develop sophisticated financial models to support strategic planning and investment decisions
• Build executive dashboards and reporting packages that deliver actionable business insights
• Partner with senior leadership to evaluate operational performance and financial trends
• Analyze KPIs, profitability, cash flow, and business performance across multiple entities
• Drive process improvements and enhance FP&A reporting capabilities
• Support ad hoc financial analysis related to acquisitions, investments, and growth initiatives
• Collaborate with accounting, operations, and leadership to improve financial visibility

What You Bring As Senior FP&A Analyst

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required
• Seven or more years of FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance experience
• Advanced financial modeling and forecasting expertise
• Strong experience building executive reporting and KPI dashboards
• Excellent Excel skills and experience with ERP systems
• Private equity, family office, real estate investment, manufacturing, distribution, or multi-entity experience is highly preferred
• Strong executive presence with outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
