About the Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Finance Support Mid-Level Associate to join a leading financial services organization in Columbus, Ohio. This hybrid position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment supporting critical asset movement transactions while helping protect client assets and minimize fraud risk.

In this role, you will serve as an extension of branch management by reviewing, approving, and processing incoming and outgoing money movement requests. You will collaborate with branch associates, regional leadership, and support teams to ensure transactions are handled accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with firm policies and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and approve incoming and outgoing money movement transactions.
• Ensure transaction requests are processed accurately and within established service-level expectations.
• Partner with branch associates, regional leaders, and field service teams to resolve transaction issues and escalations.
• Apply risk-management and fraud-prevention policies to protect client assets.
• Maintain compliance with SEC, FINRA, and firm guidelines.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders.
• Utilize multiple systems and technology platforms to process requests and document activities.
• Communicate professionally with branch personnel and senior leadership as needed.
• Participate in special projects, process improvements, and technology pilot programs.
• Support additional operational and administrative responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

Required

• 3+ years of related professional experience in financial services, banking, operations, customer support, administration, or a similar environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume workloads.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Ability to learn new systems and troubleshoot technology-related issues.
• Demonstrated commitment to accuracy, quality, and customer service.

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with transaction processing, asset movement, client servicing, financial operations, or compliance-related functions.
• Knowledge of financial services industry regulations and risk-management practices.
