Learn more about #DSGFinance here: https://bit.ly/3nnLkvGThe Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for providing financial analysis and decision support for the Golf Leadership team through support of project analytics, weekly dashboard reporting & insights, and playing a critical role in the GGXY Monthly Business Review process.

Additionally, position will lead Test & Learn process to evaluate, track, and measure impact of investments made in Golf Galaxy and DKS Golf. Position will also have the opportunity to guide and mentor Financial Analysts and/or Finance Rotation Program teammates.

• Golf Attack Team Financial Support
• Lead Financial Planning & Analysis support for Golf leadership team
• Develop and analyze reporting and dashboards for strategic initiatives and compare against expectations
• Support the CAPEX process including the coordination of business cases for Golf initiatives
• Golf Galaxy P&L Management
• Lead P&L review process analyzing variance drivers vs. budget & LY with report outs and insights to golf leadership
• Key participant in GGXY Monthly Business Review process as the owner of all Finance related materials as well as supporting business partners with financial data and insights
• Provide financial support to PAR/Merchandising for vendor contract terms negotiations
• Financial Analysis & Ad hoc Analytics
• Execute ad-hoc analytics to support key Merchandising strategies, Investor Relations and BODDrive close cross-functional partnership to align forecasting, planning, and spend across key business areas
• Work with complex, driver-based, flexible financial models to provide scenario and what-if analytics
• Communicate financial insights and recommendations to key stakeholders to make informed business decisions
• Support automation efforts for FP&A to streamline weekly/monthly reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree-MBA/CPA a plus5-7 Years of Experience
• Prefer knowledge of MS Excel, People
• Soft Financials and Hyperion Virtual
