Sr. Financial Analyst to join their team. The Sr. Financial Analyst
reports directly to the Senior Associate Director, Wharton Centers
Finance. The Sr. Financial Analyst will serve as an integral member
of the Wharton Centers Finance team at Wharton Finance &
Administration, accurately preparing and maintaining financial
records and reporting for 20+ units, ensuring transactions are
reflective of business activities and financial planning. The Sr.
Financial Analyst oversees the creation of reports that respond to
the needs of center directors and accommodate organizational
needs.
This position will track and review all financial activities,
including revenues, current expenses, facility charges,
inter-departmental awards, and funding transfers. This position
will create and maintain a record system to ensure that
non-compensation financial agreements are properly executed. This
position will act as the project lead for Wharton Centers Finance,
communicating deadlines and ensuring compliance. This position will
support the annual budget development process in collaboration with
the Finance Manager and Senior Associate Director. Additionally,
this position contributes to the development of processes and
procedures that ensure alignment with new department or school
initiatives. This role is responsible for P&L reporting.
The Sr. Financial Analyst will also act as the Business
Administrator (BA) for assigned Research Centers.

Salary offers are made based on the candidate's qualifications,
experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to the
