Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 days onsite (Tuesday-Thursday)

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop complex financial models and business case analyses to support strategic initiatives
• Lead annual planning, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning
• Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability, and key business drivers
• Design and enhance KPIs, dashboards, and financial reporting
• Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership
• Drive process improvements and improve financial reporting capabilities
• Support special projects and cross-functional strategic initiatives

What They're Looking For

• 4+ years of FP&A or financial analysis experience
• Strong financial modeling and forecasting experience
• CPA strongly preferred (or CMA, CFM, or similar designation)
• Bachelor's degree required (Finance, Economics, or related field)
• Experience supporting strategic business decisions through financial analysis
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence leadership
• Experience in financial services, FinTech, IT finance, or other regulated industries is a plus
