What You'll Be Doing

• Develop new business opportunities within the hospitality industry.
• Build relationships with hotel managers, directors, and hospitality decision-makers.
• Generate leads through networking, prospecting, cold calling, referrals, and property visits.
• Conduct client meetings and presentations to identify staffing needs and business opportunities.
• Manage and grow existing client accounts while identifying new opportunities for expansion.
• Travel throughout Houston and Dallas to visit clients, prospects, and hospitality properties.
• Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to ensure exceptional client service.
• Represent the company at networking events, hospitality associations, and industry functions.
• Maintain strong follow-up and communication with clients and prospects.

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of experience in business development, outside sales, staffing, hospitality, hotel operations, account management, or customer-facing roles.
• Hospitality, hotel, or staffing industry experience is highly preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, networking, and client visits.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve goals and grow professionally.
• Professional presentation and ability to represent the company confidently.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly between Houston and Dallas.
