Job Requireme

• ntsProven experience in transport infrastructure development, preferably in rail, transit, or major transport projec
• ts.Strong expertise in strategic planning, including the development of Strategic Outline Cases and business cas
• es.Experience managing multi-disciplinary project teams and coordinating with stakeholders such as local authorities, transport operators, and regulatory bodi
• es.Ability to analyse and assess route options, considering cost, risk, schedule, technical feasibility, and stakeholder aspiratio
• ns.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skil
• ls.Experience in risk management, schedule reviews, and assurance activities is advantageo
