Business Development & Grassroots Marketing Manager

Family Urgent Care is one of the fastest-growing providers of Urgent Care, Primary Care, Occupational Medicine, and Telehealth services. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an energetic and relationship-driven Business Development & Grassroots Marketing Manager to expand our presence throughout the community.

This is a field-based role focused on grassroots marketing, community engagement, and business development. You'll build relationships with employers, schools, logistics companies, manufacturers, and community organizations while promoting Family Urgent Care's healthcare services and creating long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute grassroots marketing campaigns to increase community awareness and generate new business opportunities.
• Conduct regular onsite visits to employers, schools, logistics companies, manufacturers, and community organizations to introduce Family Urgent Care's services.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with HR professionals, school administrators, business owners, and community leaders.
• Represent Family Urgent Care at networking events, Chamber of Commerce meetings, health fairs, community events, and local business functions.

• Develop strategic partnerships that increase referrals and expand Family Urgent Care's presence within the local community.
• Work closely with clinic leadership to execute growth strategies and achieve business development goals.
• Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Grassroots Marketing, Community Outreach, Healthcare Marketing, B2B Sales, or Account Management.
• Excellent communication, networking, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a field-based environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel.
