Marketing Manager – Content Strategy, Paid Social & Email | Austin, TX (Hybrid)

Job Overview

We're a growing brand looking for a creative, data-driven Marketing Manager who doesn't just understand marketing — they live it. If you've built your own audience, grown a channel from the ground up, or turned a small email list into a loyal community, we want to talk to you.

This is a hybrid role, mostly remote, but you'll join us bi-weekly in Austin for filming organic content — think behind-the-scenes brand storytelling and "real office" reels that actually connect. You'll own both the creative and the strategy.

What You'll Do

• Build and execute organic social media content strategies across key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Plan, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) with clear ROI accountability
• Develop and manage email marketing campaigns — from nurture sequences to promotional sends
• Participate in bi-weekly in-person content filming sessions in Austin, TX
• Track performance metrics and report on what's working (and what's not)
• Bring fresh, brand-aligned ideas to every piece of content we publish

You're a Great Fit If You

• Have 3–6+ years of experience in social media strategy, paid advertising, and email marketing
• Can show us a portfolio with real results — not just pretty posts
• Have personally grown a social media channel or newsletter (big bonus!)
• Are comfortable in front of and behind the camera for content creation
• Are based in or around Austin, TX and available bi-weekly for in-person filming
