What You'll Do

As the Operations Supervisor for the Raleigh territory, you'll oversee the daily operations of multiple customer locations while ensuring exceptional service and quality standards.

Your responsibilities include

• Manage and lead field employees and independent contractors throughout the Raleigh territory
• Create and adjust weekly schedules to ensure every customer location is serviced on time
• Conduct regular quality inspections of model homes, sales offices, and commercial properties
• Build strong relationships with home builders and customer representatives
• Quickly resolve customer concerns while delivering outstanding service
• Coordinate recurring maintenance services, including carpet cleaning, HVAC filter replacement, light bulb changes, and other scheduled work
• Evaluate and onboard new customer locations into existing service routes
• Update routing and scheduling software for maximum efficiency
• Assign work orders and monitor productivity
• Ensure company quality standards are consistently met or exceeded
• Manage inventory and distribute cleaning supplies and equipment
• Approve and verify employee time records
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members
• Support business growth by identifying additional service opportunities within existing accounts

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

• 3+ years of field operations, facilities management, or service management experience
• Experience supervising multiple employees or contractors
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• A customer-first mindset
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Experience scheduling employees across multiple job sites
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• OSHA knowledge is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent leadership experience
• 3+ years managing field teams in a service-based business
• Experience working with home builders, commercial cleaning, facilities management, landscaping, maintenance, hospitality, or similar industries
