On offer is a rare opportunity to take full operational ownership of two manufacturing facilities, reporting directly to the President while leading the next phase of operational growth for a well-established international manufacturer.

This company is a market leader in their sector and supply critical equipment to customers across power generation, mining, infrastructure, water, oil & gas, and heavy industry. Backed by continued investment and strong market demand, the business is experiencing significant growth.

In this role, you will provide strategic leadership across manufacturing, quality, continuous improvement, supply chain, warehousing, and engineering support for operations in both the United States and Canada. You will drive operational excellence, lead Lean transformation initiatives, develop high-performing leadership teams, and play a key role in shaping the company's long-term manufacturing strategy.

This role would suit an experienced Operations or Manufacturing Leader who is looking to make a significant impact within a growing business while working closely with executive leadership.

The Role

• Lead all manufacturing operations across two North American production facilities
• Drive operational excellence across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and continuous improvement
• Develop operational strategy, Lean initiatives, capital investment projects, and long-term manufacturing growth plans
• Partner with executive leadership to support business expansion and operational performance
• The Person:
• Senior manufacturing leadership experience within power electronics, power supplies, or power generation manufacturing
• Proven experience leading complex manufacturing operations and driving Lean manufacturing initiatives
• Strong leadership, financial, and operational management experience within industrial manufacturing
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related technical discipline
