£35,000 – £48,000 + Generous Bonus + Benefits

The Company

The Role

• Team Assistant and Office Coordination tasks
• Organising senior-level meetings and general company coordination
• Supporting with extensive UK, European and international travel arrangements
• Managing expenses and corporate cards
• Coordinating company socials, theatre trips, annual events and overseas trips
• Overseeing office administration including suppliers, health & safety and presentation
• Reception cover during lunch periods

You

• Experience in a Team Assistant, Administrator or Office Coordinator role
• A desire to progress and develop towards an EA role
• Organised, proactive and willing
• Comfortable taking direction and working closely with senior stakeholders
• Driven and motivated by progression and financial reward

This is a five-days-in-the-office role (9.00–5.30). There is flexibility when needed and very balanced working hours, but the team value the collaboration of in person working. Please only apply if you can commit to a fully office based role.
