IT Executive

We are seeking an experienced IT Incharge to manage and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth and secure operations of all systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and end-user systems.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems, software applications, and IT hardware.
• Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks, Wi-Fi connectivity, VPN, and internet issues.
• Manage firewalls, antivirus systems, and endpoint security to ensure data protection.
• Install and maintain CCTV systems, access control, and office surveillance infrastructure.
• Administer user accounts, email systems, and Active Directory permissions.
• Maintain data backups, disaster recovery systems, and server monitoring.
• Track and manage IT assets, licenses, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers for maintenance and upgrades.
• Support network devices, routers, switches, and firewall configurations. 5-8 years of experience in IT support / system administration.
• Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), VPN, and firewall management.
• Experience with CCTV, access control systems, and IT security solutions.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, virtualization, and backup solutions.
• Preferred Certifications:CCNAMCSEComp
• TIA A+ or Comp
• TIA Network+ITIL Certification (preferred)
