Fine Fragrance Senior Sales Support Executive for the Middle East & North Africa (MENA) Region – Dubai

Your future position?

Due to continued business growth across the Middle East & North Africa (MENA) region, we are looking for a Fine Fragrance Sales Support Executive to join our commercial team in Dubai.

Reporting to the Area Sales Manager for MENA, you will provide commercial, project, and administrative support to help deliver customer projects and support business growth across the region.

In this role, you will

Support our business

• Coordinate project and sample requests from initiation to completion.
• Support market product sourcing and customer requests.
• Prepare quotations and maintain accurate data in internal systems.

Support commercial activities

• Analyse data and prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards.
• Manage priorities and provide support to the sales team.
• Maintain project tracking tools and commercial reports.

Support our customers

• Respond to customer enquiries and follow up on requests.
• Share customer insights and project updates with the business team.
• Partner with Key Account Managers to support customer projects and business objectives.

You?

Your professional profile includes

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales support, commercial support, customer service, or project coordination.
• Experience working in international teams or across different countries and cultures.
• Based in the UAE, or willing to relocate to the UAE.
• Written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Additional Arabic and/or French language skills may support success in this role.
• Exposure to ERP systems, including SAP.
• Experience coordinating projects and managing multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail and an organized approach to work.
• Experience managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
