Role Purpose
We are looking for enthusiastic and high-potential fresh graduates who bring strong analytical aptitude, curiosity about the HR/Payroll domain, and a genuine eagerness to learn. This is an entry-level role designed to build a strong foundation in enterprise payroll and HCM implementation while working alongside experienced consultants.

- This role contributes to global payroll transformation programs for enterprise clients under structured guidance and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities
- Learning & Requirement Support
- Help translate business needs into clear functional requirements, process flows, and documentation under guidance.
- Support senior consultants in understanding client business processes across Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Core HR.Assist in requirement-gathering workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions by observing, taking notes, and documenting outcomes.
- Solutioning & Configuration Support
- Learn to configure Ramco Payroll / HCM modules based on requirement specifications, with support from senior team members.
- Assist in validating statutory rules, payroll cycles, earning/deduction structures, leave policies, and time configurations.
- Support the evaluation of change requests and coordinate with product/technical teams as directed.
- Project Execution & Coordination Support
- Help track milestones, action items, and deliverables, and keep project trackers up to date.
- Support end-to-end implementation activities including configuration, testing, UAT, training, and go-live.
- Coordinate between business users, product teams, and technical teams as a supporting point of contact.
- Testing & Quality Assurance
- Assist in preparing functional test cases, UAT scenarios, and acceptance criteria.
- Support solution walkthroughs, defect logging and triage, and end-to-end validation with stakeholders.
- Deployment & Post Go-Live Support
- Provide hyper-care support during go-live alongside the implementation team.
- Document learnings, best practices, and reusable assets for future projects.
- Continuous Learning & Improvement
- Complete product and domain training programs and certifications to build expertise.
- Contribute to knowledge repositories and identify small process improvement opportunities during engagements.
- Required Skills & Experience
- Functional & Domain0 to 2 years of experience, or fresh graduates, with interest in HRMS / HCM / Payroll implementation or consulting.
- Basic understanding of payroll concepts (statutory, cycles, compliance), HR processes, and time/attendance—gained through academics, internships, or projects.
- Any exposure to HRMS/Payroll systems (Ramco / SAP / Oracle / Workday / Dayforce / Darwinbox / UKG, etc.) is an added advantage.

Qualifications
- MBA / Master’s degree in HR, Systems, Business, or a related domain (recent graduates welcome).
- Consistently strong academic record.
- Candidates with relevant payroll/HR exposure from non-MBA backgrounds may also apply.
