Overview

Our client, a large enterprise organization, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives supporting supply chain operations. This individual will oversee multiple cross-functional projects focused on modernizing business systems, improving operational efficiency, and delivering strategic technology solutions across the organization.

This is a highly visible leadership role requiring strong project management experience, executive-level communication skills, and the ability to drive large-scale initiatives from planning through execution. The ideal candidate has experience leading enterprise technology projects within supply chain, logistics, distribution, manufacturing, or similar operational environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large, cross-functional technology projects from initiation through successful delivery.
• Develop and manage integrated project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
• Partner closely with business leaders, IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and project objectives.
• Drive project governance activities, including executive reporting, risk management, issue resolution, and change control.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams while maintaining visibility into overall project health.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes through technology, automation, and emerging AI capabilities.
• Utilize AI-powered tools to improve project documentation, reporting, analysis, communication, and overall delivery efficiency.
• Monitor project financials, staffing plans, and delivery milestones.
• Facilitate collaboration across technical and business teams while ensuring initiatives remain aligned with strategic objectives.
• Prepare and present regular updates to senior leadership regarding project status, key milestones, risks, and recommendations.
• Promote continuous improvement and best practices across project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related discipline.8+ years of experience leading enterprise technology projects or large-scale cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong background delivering projects involving supply chain systems, ERP platforms, warehouse management, transportation management, or other enterprise applications.
• Experience managing project budgets, forecasting, resource planning, and vendor coordination.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders across multiple business units.
• Experience with project governance, risk management, executive reporting, and change management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving enterprise environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, Agile, SAFe, or comparable project management certification.
• Experience leading digital transformation or enterprise technology implementation projects.
• Exposure to AI-enabled productivity tools or process automation.
• Experience working within large, matrixed organizations.
• Background supporting supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, retail, or distribution environments.
