Located in our office in Englewood, Colorado, we are seeking a Global Project Manager, New Product Introduction for new product introductions, initially for Liquid Cooling for Data Centers. This position will report to the Director of Global Product Management - Hydraul

Lead end-to-end product development projects, from concept through production validation to commercialization, in partnership with Product Management, Technical, and Operat

• ions.Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and capital requirements, ensuring adherence to performance, cost, and time tar
• gets.Translate technical requirements into actionable project tasks, milestones, and delivera
• bles.Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies and maintaining clear communication with stakehol
• ders.Facilitate design reviews, stage-gate approvals, and technical working sessions to maintain alignment and prog
• ress.Ensure on-time delivery of prototype builds, testing, and validation activities in line with development requirements for each pro
• ject.Support manufacturing readiness, including process development, tooling, PFMEAs, and initial production bu
• ilds.Maintain transparent communication, providing regular status reports, dashboards, and executive summa
• ries.Ensure the processing and timely delivery of the Technical organization’s deliverables like BOMs, drawings, test reports, and change management records (ECR/
• ECN).Champion development process improvements and methods to parallel path, driving product development at an accelerated pace to keep up with a fast-evolving end market (Data Cent
