You will have the opportunity to

drive user engagement, stakeholder management, and strategic product roadmap planning for high-stakes cybersecurity solutions. Partnering closely with the lead Product/Programme Manager, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for specific features, conduct deep-dive user research, and transform complex security requirements into intuitive, valuable features.

Furthermore, you will lead and facilitate all agile sprint ceremonies-including planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives-while managing sprint backlogs, prioritizing technical debt against new features, and collaborating hand-in-hand with engineering leads to optimize team velocity and ensure absolute compliance with stringent security standards.

You will bring your experience of

3-5+ years as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst, coupled with demonstrated experience in either a) enterprise applications (such as CRM, ERP, HR systems, or SaaS platforms) or b) cybersecurity solutions. You possess advanced knowledge of agile methodologies, alongside deep expertise in product management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

A natural collaborator and strategic problem-solver, you excel at managing cross-functional teams, collaborating with engineering, and navigating stakeholder management across diverse organizational levels. Preference will be given to candidates who are eligible to obtain Cat A security clearance.
