Compensation will be commensurate with comparable top elite boutique investment banking franchises. Experienced Analysts will be expected to immediately contribute and lead multiple live deals and contribute to our rapid growth and success as we build a top-tier investment banking franchise.

Job Description

CCM is actively recruiting an Analyst to join our investment banking team. The role will be based out of our New York office.

The candidate will have the opportunity to work directly with a close-knit team of seasoned professionals and be a key player in the execution of investment banking related transactions across the capital structure including IPOs, Follow-Ons, Private Placements, and SPAC related capital raise transactions.

Our Analysts assume significant responsibility and are included in all aspects of a transaction from origination to closing. They work on small deal teams, get immediate and direct exposure to senior bankers and client senior executives, and are responsible for execution tasks in connection with each transaction, and assist in advising on transaction structure and valuation.

The work is fast-paced and requires the ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.CCM offers Analysts the chance to get exposure to high-profile transactions, advance more rapidly and take on more responsibility than at traditional bulge-bracket firms. Key Responsibilities

• Analysis of companies, transaction structures, deal activity, and corporate filings, and contribute recommendations to senior bankers
• Support the management of buyer / investor interaction and due diligence request process
• Company valuation, and financial performance analysis
• Model and / or manage the modeling of complex transaction scenarios
• Data analysis using mathematical models and statistical techniques
• General research and presentation of findings, including recommendations on matters of significance for clients
• Creation of materials for Board meetings, client presentations and due diligence support materials
• Create industry specific valuation analyses such as public comps and precedent transactions

Requirements

• Relevant experience in Investment Banking;
• M&A, private placements and / or equity capital markets
• Additionally, candidates with specific product experience in equity capital markets, private capital raises, or M&A advisory would be a strong fit for our growing franchise
• Undergraduate degree in Business (Accounting, Finance, Economics), Technical Sciences (Engineering, Physics) or Liberal Arts with preference for strong academic record
• Strong work ethic, self-motivated and entrepreneurial
• Excellent problem solving and analytic ability with strong quantitative / technical skills and attention to detail
• Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and other industry resources such Fact
• Set and Pitchbook
• Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills
• Maturity, presence, and poise to take on client-facing responsibilities
• Series 63, 79, and SIE licenses required at time of hiring or shortly thereafter
• US work authorization

Salary Range
