Business Development Manager

We are looking for a New Business Development Manager to support the growth and expansion of REHAU Industrial Solutions in the U.S. market, with a strong focus on developing new opportunities with OEM customers across different industrial segments.

The ideal candidate should combine strong commercial skills with a solid technical understanding of profile extrusion, injection molding, and manufacturing processes. This role requires a proactive, customer-oriented professional capable of identifying new business opportunities, building long-term relationships, and converting technical discussions into profitable projects.

Key Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in profile extrusion, injection molding, or related manufacturing industries.
• Strong experience working with OEM customers, including the ability to understand their technical requirements, development processes, qualification steps, and purchasing dynamics.
• Solid technical understanding of industrial products, applications, tooling, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities from initial contact through project launch and series production.
• Willingness to travel frequently and without restrictions across the United States, Canada and Mexico.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English is required;
• Spanish is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to prepare business cases, customer presentations, forecasts, and project updates.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, technical sales, engineering support, or project management would be considered a strong advantage.
