Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Marketing Manager – financial services to join a growing organization in Raleigh. The Marketing Manager will need to have financial services experience to lead brand strategy, digital marketing, member engagement, and growth initiatives across multiple channels.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role will oversee integrated marketing campaigns, digital platforms, marketing technology, analytics, and day-to-day execution supporting organizational growth.

The ideal candidate will bring proven experience within a financial institution environment (bank, credit union, fintech, or related financial services organization) and understand how to leverage marketing strategies to drive membership growth, product adoption, customer engagement, and business results.

This position partners closely with executive leadership, creative teams, product teams, and business leaders to translate strategic objectives into measurable marketing programs. The Marketing Manager will use data-driven insights, customer segmentation, digital optimization, and performance analytics to strengthen the brand experience and maximize marketing effectiveness.
