Digital Marketing Manager

We're currently seeking a high-performing Digital Marketing Manager to join a lean, high-visibility corporate marketing team supporting a national apartment portfolio from Atlanta, GA or Dallas, TX (hybrid), with flexibility for Houston for the right candidate.

This is a corporate seat, not a site role. You’ll own key digital programs end to end across a portfolio that includes owned and third-party managed communities, with ongoing lease-ups, renovations, and takeovers.

The right candidate brings deep technical digital marketing skills, strong executive presence, and the confidence to operate without a rigid playbook while partnering closely with regional leaders and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize portfolio-wide digital marketing programs including website performance, analytics, tagging, and reporting
• Manage and improve measurement frameworks using tools like GA4 and Google Tag Manager to drive actionable insights
• Partner with regional and senior stakeholders to support community performance, including lease-ups, renovations, and transitions
• Translate data into clear recommendations and present results to leadership with polish and confidence
• Balance day-to-day support needs with longer-term program strategy and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with strong technical depth in analytics, tagging, and performance measurement
• Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and website/CMS workflows (implementation, optimization, or governance)
• Strong communication skills and executive presence with comfort presenting to senior leaders and ownership groups
• Proven ability to operate independently in an ambiguous environment and take ownership from problem definition through execution
• Real estate, multifamily, or adjacent industry experience is a plus but not required

• Total compensation range of approximately $98k to $127k (base plus bonus potential), with top-end base up to $110k and 15% annual bonus potential
• Hybrid schedule with an office home base in Atlanta or Dallas (Houston considered for the right candidate
