The Human Resources Director is responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of the organization’s human resources function. This position will serve as a strategic business partner to the executive leadership team.

This role provides leadership across all HR functions, driving a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement while ensuring alignment between talent strategy and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership to develop and implement long-term strategies that support business growth, transformation, and organizational effectiveness.
• Lead workforce planning, succession strategy, and leadership development to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
• Oversee organizational design and change management initiatives to improve structure, efficiency, and scalability.
• Provide strategic oversight of talent acquisition, ensuring alignment with workforce needs and market conditions.
• Guide total rewards strategy, including compensation, benefits, and incentive programs, to attract and retain top talent.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, risk mitigation practices, and corporate governance standards.
• Leverage HR analytics and workforce data to inform decision-making and measure organizational effectiveness.
• Build and lead a high-performing HR team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including strategic oversight at the organizational level.
