Role Description

The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Glenside, PA. This role is responsible for overseeing all core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. The Human Resources Manager will administer benefits, support policy development, and ensure compliance with employment laws and company procedures.

Day-to-day tasks include advising leaders on HR best practices, handling employee inquiries and conflict resolution, maintaining accurate HR records, and coordinating training and development initiatives. The role also involves supporting organizational culture, driving engagement, and partnering with leadership on workforce planning and continuous improvement.

• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high ethical standards.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills, with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and common office software (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, presentation tools).
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is beneficial.
• Prior experience as an HR generalist or HR manager
