We’re looking for professionals who can bring their HR experience and knowledge to our existing client services. An ideal candidate possesses these qualities:

Experience as a HR Generalist, HR Manager, or HR Consultant + possess one of the following current certifications: SHRM-CP, PHR-CA, SHRM-SCP or SPHR-CA.A degree in HR Management, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Experience and interest in HR legal compliance & policy development, employee relations, & recruitment.

The ability to successfully interact with and inspire confidence in all client & candidate interactions.A proactive leader with superior organizational and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and writing skills as well as a strong aptitude for learning and high degree of accountability.

Commitment to live and uphold the Holden Law Group mission, values, and purpose.

Comfortable planning and conducting virtual and on-site, live training sessions for small to large groups of employees as well as employers and supervisory roles.
