What You'll Be Doing

• Building and developing relationships with clients and candidates.
• Sourcing and interviewing top talent through various recruitment channels.
• Managing the full recruitment process from initial brief through to offer and placement.
• Writing engaging job adverts and marketing opportunities to attract high-quality candidates.
• Negotiating offers and providing expert advice to both clients and candidates.
• Developing new business opportunities through networking and outbound sales activity.
• Working towards individual and team performance targets.

What We're Looking For

• A recent graduate (or graduating soon) in any discipline.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Competitive, driven, and highly motivated.
• Resilient with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• A desire to learn, develop, and build a long-term career.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or sport is advantageous but not essential.
