About the Role
Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for a growing organization, building creative strategies to identify, attract, and engage high-caliber talent in the Greater Washington, DC market.
Responsibilities
- Develop strong pipelines for both business-facing and technical positions, balancing immediate hiring needs with longer-term talent planning.
- Create a thoughtful, high-touch candidate journey that feels professional, timely, and aligned with a mission-driven culture.
- Work closely with leaders across the business to understand team priorities, shape hiring plans, and keep searches moving with clear communication and follow-through.
- Monitor hiring trends, competitive talent landscapes, and market conditions that may impact recruiting strategy.
- Refine recruiting workflows, tools, and processes to improve efficiency, hiring quality, and the experience for candidates and internal partners.
Qualifications
- Hands-on recruiting experience in a fast-paced, innovation-oriented company, ideally supporting a mix of go-to-market, operations, and technical searches.
- Comfort managing a broad variety of roles at once and quickly learning the requirements, priorities, and success profiles for each search.
- Experience recruiting in a complex or highly specialized technology environment, with an understanding of how to engage niche talent communities.
- Strong knowledge of the greater Washington, DC hiring market and the ability to tap into relevant local networks.
- Credibility with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, including the ability to advise, influence, and build alignment around hiring decisions.
- Strong sourcing capability, sound judgment in candidate evaluation, and familiarity with contemporary recruiting technology and applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to operate strategically while staying hands-on, organized, and responsive in a high-growth environment.
- Adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable working through ambiguity as priorities evolve.
- Must be eligible to work in roles requiring U.S. citizenship.
