Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be a vital contributor to our recruiting efforts, responsible for attracting top talent for intern, entry-level, and experienced roles across the organization. We are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong prioritization skills, and is driven to achieve recruiting success.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify job requirements.
• Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for various positions.
• Participate in career fairs and organize recruitment events.
• Establish relationships with university staff to enhance recruitment efforts.
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews for entry-level and internship roles.
• Utilize diverse sourcing methods to connect with potential candidates.
• Communicate job details to applicants, including responsibilities and benefits.
• Facilitate the offer process and negotiate employment terms.
• Manage relationships with interns and identify full-time opportunities for graduation candidates.
• Maintain an effective candidate pipeline using innovative sourcing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with recruiting processes and documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of recruiting or related experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in campus recruiting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adept at executing recruiting strategies and promoting the company as an employer of choice.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate and improve the recruiting process.
• Experience in financial services or insurance sectors.
• Familiarity with Workday or similar recruiting software.

Working Conditions

• This is a hybrid position, requiring up to three days in the office per week. Our main office locations are in Philadelphia and Cedar Rapids.
• Must be able to commute to the office and travel to key institutions in the Pennsylvania/Maryland area.

Compensation

• The salary for this position ranges from $64,000 to $83,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
• This position may also be eligible for an annual performance-based bonus.
