Salt Talent Search is looking for an experienced Recruitment Sourcing Specialist for a 12 monthsWe are looking for a proactive and energetic Sourcing Specialist to support our recruitment team who work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will enjoy working across a variety of roles and clients, and will be confident in identifying, engaging, and speaking with potential candidates.

We need someone who finds sourcing both fun and exciting, enjoys the challenge of finding the right talent, and thrives on building strong candidate pipelines.

What you’ll be doing:

Finding and engaging great talent across a variety of roles and industries.

Speaking with candidates daily and understanding what motivates them.

Partnering closely with Sr. Consultants to support urgent and ongoing hiring needs.

Building strong talent pipelines and helping the team move quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Using creative sourcing methods to identify candidates beyond traditional job boards.

Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Develop sourcing plans and analysis to find good profile matchesShare shortlisted profiles with recruiters/hiring teams in a timely and organised manner.

Keep candidate information and recruitment activity updated in the tracking system.

Work closely with recruiters to understand role requirements, priorities, and client expectations.

Support multiple roles at the same time in a fast-paced environment.

Role Requirements

At least 2 - 5 years of experience
Good experience sourcing from multiple markets and building sourcing strategies
Headhunting and approaching passive candidates to bring in talentshould be comfortable using LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and search techniques to identify potential candidates.
You’ll enjoy speaking with people, building talent pipelines, and working across multiple roles in a busy, fast-paced recruitment environment.
