Field Operations Administrator

Are you ready to manage and streamline field operations for our tradeshow events? The Expo Group is seeking a Field Operations Administrator to support Field Operations Managers and Supervisors by coordinating travel, managing show files, and assisting with payroll, budgets, and reporting. Based in Irving, Texas, this hybrid role is critical to keeping show operations organized, on budget, and on time.

In this role, you will

• Coordinate Field Operations travel, accommodations, and show schedules.
• Maintain travel documentation, show files, and SharePoint folders.
• Support show-site teams with payroll, billing audits, and equipment tracking.
• Generate reports and assist the Director with budgets and performance tracking.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and internal policies.

What You Bring to The Expo Group

• Educational Foundation: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar operations or administrative role.
• Key Skills: Strong organizational skills, communication, decision-making, Microsoft Office proficiency, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and teamwork.

This role requires up to 40% travel, often for extended periods, occasional lifting (20–50 lbs), frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and walking throughout the office/warehouse.
