Global Procurement ManagerLocation: Site-based role in the wider Landquart areaWe're partnering with a global manufacturing business seeking an experienced procurement professional to take ownership of strategic direct material categories within a highly demanding international environment.

This opportunity will suit someone who enjoys complex sourcing challenges, high-level supplier negotiations, and driving commercial results in markets where cost pressure, supply constraints, and supplier risk are everyday realities.

You'll be responsible for developing global sourcing strategies, managing critical supplier relationships, securing supply continuity, and delivering measurable cost improvements across technically complex product categories.

The Opportunity

As Global Procurement Manager, you will:

• Lead global sourcing strategies across strategic direct material categories
• Manage complex supplier negotiations and commercial agreements
• Drive cost reduction, benchmarking, and value improvement initiatives
• Develop multi-source strategies to strengthen supply security and minimise risk
• Build and manage relationships with international suppliers
• Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and emerging risks
• Partner closely with engineering, manufacturing, operations, and technical teams
• Deliver results within demanding and commercially challenging supplier markets

What We're Looking For

• We're interested in speaking with procurement professionals who have experience operating within technically complex manufacturing environments and who are comfortable managing challenging supplier dynamics, cost pressures, and supply constraints.
• You'll ideally bring:5+ years' experience in direct procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management
• Experience sourcing raw materials, components, or engineered products
• A proven track record of leading complex supplier negotiations
• Experience working within demanding, performance-driven manufacturing environments
• The ability to manage commercial risk whilst ensuring supply continuity
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• A resilient, hands-on approach with the confidence to operate independently
