Raw Material Production & Supply Chain Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a Manager, Raw Material Production & Supply Chain to ensure the end-to-end operational and logistical oversight of products. This role ensures reliable, compliant, and scalable supply of manufactured products to support global operations.

The Manager will partner closely with Quality, Regulatory, Production, Logistics, and external manufacturing organizations. The role encompasses strategic planning, operational execution, supplier governance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Support planning and operational coordination across all partners together to ensure uninterrupted product availability.
• Anticipate supply risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies, capacity expansion, or alternative production pathways.
• Drive continuous improvement in production efficiency, documentation workflows, and cross-functional communication.
• Act as a senior partner to QA, supporting audits, supplier qualifications and ongoing compliance monitoring.
• Conduct oversight of partners, both remotely and through scheduled on-site visits, to ensure adherence to cGMP, documentation standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Direct lifecycle management across contract warehouses and logistics platforms.
• Lead inbound and outbound logistics operations, ensuring timely, cost-efficient, and compliant transportation & distribution.
• Partner with Finance to support monthly/quarterly closings, inventory reconciliations, and material movement reporting.
• Improve process standards across production, release, logistics, and quality-related operations.
• Your Profile
• Bachelor’s degree required;
• Master’s degree preferred (Supply Chain, Chemistry, Engineering, or similar).5+ years of experience in raw material management, supply chain, production operations.
• Strong understanding of cGMP, traceability systems, and regulated ingredient handling.
• Experience managing local and international contract manufacturers.
• Proven experience working with global logistics networks and customs procedures.
• Strong communicator able to translate operational complexity into actionable information for leadership teams.
• High autonomy, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple parallel priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Willing to travel internationally.

Authorized to work in Switzerland.
